If for any reason you are asked to refax an order, could you please write on the second fax, that it is a refax, and mark it for the attention of whoever made the request. 

If you have a query with a delivery, could you please quote the Glass Systems Works Number, which is found on both the delivery note and the glass label.

If you are querying an order, which has not yet been delivered, could you please quote your order number and the date it is required for.

When ordering a remake unit, it is imperative your quote Glass System's original Works Number.  Broken in transits or missing units will be replaced FOC on your next delivery.  Remakes for any other reason, will be charged for and a Returns Note issued. A Credit Note will then be issued, if due, on the return of the original unit.  Any original unit, not returned within two weeks, will not be eligible for credit.  

If you have been quoted a special price for a particular reference, it must be written on your order.  We will not issue a credit note if you have omitted to indicate a price quoted other that your normal price for a particular reference.

Lead time is generally 7 working days however this may very depending on the order levels and with complexity of the design.
